Shipping policy

WE CURRENTLY ONLY SHIP WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We ship using Sendle, Australia's first 100% carbon-neutral shipping service

They have a great network in Australia which spans coast to coast. However, their drivers can’t pick up from or deliver to places like:

  • Auction houses
  • Malls or shopping centres
  • Furniture and retail stores
  • Hospitals
  • Military bases
  • Airports
  • PO boxes

That’s because getting into these places can be tricky or prohibited altogether without access to a docking bay (something that’s often required at these types of locations).

For delivery within Australia, we endeavor to ship your order within 1-5 working days, with delivery likely to be made within a further 1-5 working days.

“Working day” means a day that commercial banks are open for business in Sydney, Australia.

Delivery timeframes are approximate and should your delivery not be made within the timeframe specified we will make every effort to notify you and to rectify the situation as quickly as is practically possible.

We aim to deliver your chosen items to the place and person of your choice in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time.

SHIPPING COSTS

We do $10 flat-rate shipping to anywhere in Australia, if you would like an item shipped Express please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs. 

PICK UP

We don't offer pick-up at this stage but you are welcome to come to visit us and purchase items in person from Markets at Glebe (Formerly the site of Glebe Markets), they are located at Glebe Public School NSW, Glebe 2037, and trade on Saturdays from 9:30 am-4 pm on the dates listed on our Instagram highlights and market dates on our website (@woodandclaystudio).

RISK OF LOSS

All products purchased from the Website (or email/phone purchases for delivery) are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, woodandclaystudio. Title to the merchandise purchased on the Website (and by email/phone), as well as the risk of loss for such merchandise, passes to you when WOODANDCLAYSTUDIO delivers the merchandise to the carrier.
