I will be offering a 2-person class on Wednesdays, one in the morning and one evening so find a friend and come play clay.

I have structured this class so you don't have to do a full 4-week commitment like other studios to have some basic overall knowledge. My class has the fundamentals of a 4-week class in a 3-hour lesson. 

This is everything that I would have liked to know when I did a 4-week class years ago, but you get much more help and guidance from me to learn without feeling frustrated in a class of 10 people or more.

Intro classes will be held at my outdoor covered studio in Glebe, NSW, 2037.

The 3-hour intro will consist of the basics 

• Safety and Process
• Demonstration
• Wedging
• Throwing 
• Trimming
• Glazing
• Process of firing

One piece will be supplied by me at the leather-hard stage for you to practice trimming.

Tool kits, aprons, and 1kg of clay are provided. Choice of turned piece or your thrown piece to be fired to take home.

$400 per couple.
